Appeal Your Parking Fine — We Check Every Loophole First.
Most appeals just ask nicely. Ours point to the council's own mistakes — the law they overlooked, the deadline they missed, the sign that doesn't add up — and we use what's beaten them before.

Legal loopholes checked on every fine
When we find a strong ground, we build your appeal around it — giving you the best shot at cancellation.
Loophole-first. Then appeal.
Most people write a sob story. We check the legal grounds for dismissal first.

We find every angle to beat it
Not just one trick. We check the law, the loopholes, the council's own mistakes, and the history — what's actually won against this authority before. Your case is built on the strongest of them.
No clear error? We still fight smart
If there's no legal flaw to exploit, we build the strongest case on mitigation and discretion — the argument most likely to land.
Sent the right way, and tracked

Others write a letter and hope. We bring the whole arsenal.

Beat It
More than just fighting tickets.
Beat the next one before it happens
We flag the traps that catch drivers out — so you stop collecting tickets, not just fight them.
Already paid? You might still get it back
A wrongly-issued ticket doesn't stop being wrong because you paid — we fight to recover it.
Hire, lease or finance car?
The charge often isn't yours to carry. We challenge who's actually liable and get it pointed the right way. (Bus-lane PCNs are the exception.)
Honest pricing. Three ways to win.
Scanning is always free. You only pay if you decide to file.

Cancel anytime. On the fleet plan (100+ vehicles), billing auto-pauses idle vehicles after 90 days without a ticket and resumes by itself on the next fine — so fleets never pay for an unused quarter.
Questions answered.
What is Beat It?▾
Beat It is an AI-powered parking appeal service. We scan your ticket, assess your win probability, write a full legal appeal letter, and get it to the right place — sent for you where the authority accepts email, or guided step by step where it uses its own online form.
How does the AI analyse my ticket?▾
Our AI uses OCR to read your ticket photo, then applies the relevant parking law for your country (UK, Ireland, or the USA) to identify grounds for appeal. You get an instant probability score and the specific legal arguments we can use. Drivers who formally challenge fines win 40–60% of cases globally — we aim to give you every legal advantage.
What counts as a win?▾
A win means the council or operator fully cancels the charge. Partial reductions don't count — only a full cancellation triggers the success fee.
Can you really force councils to reply by email?▾
Yes. Every appeal letter includes an Equality Act 2010 accessibility mandate requiring correspondence by email. Councils that ignore this risk complaints to the Local Government Ombudsman.
What if my appeal is rejected?▾
If your appeal fails, no success fee is charged. Your £3/quarter subscription continues and you can submit more appeals. We'll show you the free escalation routes — the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (London Tribunals in London) for council PCNs, and POPLA or IAS for private parking charges.
Does this work for private parking (NCP, ParkingEye)?▾
Yes. Private parking charges are governed by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. We know how to challenge them — keeper liability errors, signage defects, and POFA compliance failures are all strong grounds.
Which countries do you support?▾
We currently support the UK, Ireland and the USA. Each country has its own legal database and appeal letters are generated to match local law. Currencies supported: GBP, EUR, USD. More countries coming soon.
Is this legal?▾
Completely legal. Using an agent to submit parking appeals is standard practice — solicitors, claims management companies, and individuals do it every day. We are your authorised representative.
