Lambeth is refunding LTN penalties from the camera filters on Ardlui Road, Carson Road, Chatsworth Way, Eastmearn Road and Tulsemere Road issued between 9 September 2024 and the removal of the restrictions in July 2025 — unpaid PCNs were cancelled automatically.
