What happened
On 4 March 2026 the High Court quashed six of Croydon's LTN traffic orders, covering Albert Road, Dalmally Road, Elmers Road, Holmesdale Road, Parsons Mead and Sutherland Road. The council is refunding eligible LTN penalties issued on those six streets between 30 March 2024 and 4 March 2026. If this penalty is from one of those streets you may not need to appeal at all — check the council's official refund page first. (Healthy School Street fines are a separate scheme and are not covered.)
