ULEZ charge: your charity vehicle may be exempt

Some registered charities that run community minibuses, ambulances, or similar vehicles for the public good can apply to be exempt from the ULEZ charge. If your charity had that exemption in place at the time of the charge but the penalty charge notice (PCN) was still issued, the PCN should be cancelled.
