Traffic Warden Ticket Not in the Required Format
When a traffic warden issues a parking ticket, it must follow an official set layout called Form A. If your ticket is missing required information — such as details of what you are accused of, either of the two 28-day payment statements, the driver-nomination statement, or the prosecution statement — it may not be a valid ticket. Only a ticket that materially departs from Form A can be challenged on this ground; minor differences do not count.
