When a Restricted Parking sign (RUS 018) is used, the allowed parking time only counts if there is an information plate attached to the sign showing the maximum stay and when it applies. If that plate is missing, damaged or impossible to read, the time limit was never properly communicated to you. Without a clear plate, a ticket for overstaying cannot stand.
