Miami-Dade Court Hearing Within 30 Days

Miami-Dade Clerk allows any motorist to request a Zoom court hearing within 30 days of citation issuance. The hearing officer evaluates evidence de novo. No filing fee is owed if the citation is dismissed, and motorists may submit photos and witness statements. Failure to appear is a default judgment, but rescheduling is liberally granted.
