Dallas Adjudication Office – Mail-In, Virtual, or In-Person Hearing
Dallas Municipal Court's Adjudication Office (2014 Main Street) handles all parking-citation contests. Each citation has an administrative hearing date printed on it; you must contest by that date via (1) virtual hearing request at cityofdallas.rmcpay.com, (2) mail-in (Form CTS-FRM-642) postmarked by hearing date, or (3) in-person M-F 8:30am-4:00pm. Mail-in decisions take 6-8 weeks. If denied, appeal to Dallas Municipal Court within 30 days using Form CTS-FRM-639 and $15 filing fee (refundable if successful). Late-fee waiver also available via Form CTS-FRM-682.
