LEZ — Dundee: Tay bridges / waterfront exclusion
Dundee LEZ (enforcement from 30 May 2024) is a small zone — broadly the city centre. Tay Road Bridge approach roads, Tay Rail Bridge, and most of the waterfront south of Riverside Drive are NOT within the LEZ. ANPR cameras at the bridge tollbooth-area sometimes incorrectly trigger on vehicles leaving the bridge. V&A Dundee waterfront servicing area is excluded. Always check the Dundee City Council LEZ Scheme Order 2023 boundary schedule.
Legal basis
Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 s.14(3); Dundee LEZ Scheme Order 2023
How to identify this in your case
Drive on Tay Road Bridge approaches / Riverside Drive / V&A waterfront — outside Dundee LEZ Scheme boundary.
