Was your permit valid for that bay and date, and physically in the vehicle when ticketed — just fallen, flipped, or partly covered? Check the CEO's photographs on the council's site: do they show the permit lying on the dashboard or seat? Photograph the permit itself showing its number, zone and expiry, and keep it — producing the valid permit is the core of this appeal.
