The Oxford ZEZ charge applies only to driving in the zone between 7am and 7pm, seven days a week. Legal basis

SI 2013/1783 reg 8(3)(e) — that no charge was payable under the scheme. The Oxford ZEZ scheme (Transport Act 2000) sets the 7am-7pm operating hours; the Traffic Penalty Tribunal hears the appeal.
