Medical Emergency / Childcare Delay Mitigation

The Single Code expressly covers situations where a driver fell unwell, was delayed by a medical appointment, or was delayed by childcare arrangements as automatic mitigating circumstances. The charge must be reduced to £20 for 14 days, with appropriate evidence.

Keep the record. Keep what you sent, the attachments, any receipt, and the reply. Note the next deadline.
